PRUSA RESEARCH BOOTH

/ MAKER FAIRE PRAGUE / 2018
BOOTH

I designed the booth for Prusa Research for the first Maker Faire in Prague 23 – 24. 6. 2018. The Booth was as well a promo for PrusaLab – a hackerspace where the booth was manufactured ourselves. All the design, preparations, manufacturing and installing took only 14 days.

The hexagonal pattern is carved by CNC router into water-resistant plywood boards.

The hexagonal motive comes from the first 3D printed infill pattern.

MODULAR SHELF STRUCTURE

The structure consists of 35 solids. One solid is made from:
• 3D printed plastic corners ( 24 pcs)
• Aluminium prisms (36 pcs)
• Plexiglass laser-cut (1 pcs)
